Our Principles
Our Service — Our sole marker is quality, as determined by who we hire, how we train and what we expect of ourselves. Our committed palliative care physicians will lead our clinical teams and personally visit our patients. We take after-hours service very seriously, since two-thirds of the time patients spend on our service is during non-business hours.
Our Patients — We will tailor our care to each person’s individual palliative care needs. We will connect relationally, personally and spiritually with patients and families such that they depend on us like they would a family member.
Our Staff — Our teams will be equipped with the training and tools needed to function at the highest level, receiving benefits that are at or above the market rate. Our staff operates out of the the understanding that they are an integral part of a mission that is greater than one person, that their possessed skills are given by the Creator, and that one day they themselves will be in the hospice bed.
Our Referring Sources — We will conduct ourselves in a manner that is worthy of being an extension of our referring sources' care.
Our Hospice Community — We will lead in our communities’ discussions and knowledge about hospice care.
Our Creator —We will pray diligently for the personal, spiritual, physical, and emotional needs of our patients, their families, and our staff.
